If you were famous you would probably understand why their numbers are private and hard to find. For instance...Miley Cyrus..if her number was published on Yahoo answers for all her fans to see she would be receiving thousands of calls a day. Her answering machine would be overloaded and she'd never have time to return all those calls, much less anything else. There are also a LOT of very freaky weird people out there who would like nothing more than to make a name for themselves by hurting or killing someone famous.

Obviously the phone would ring constantly and celebrities have enough of the fans if they just walk out the door. Also u would never be able to get through to the people there so busy.

because they dont want you calling them unless they know you them so they keep it a secret. say if every one knew your phone number and was always calling that is the same situation
