nah it is pretty good as an adults movie, some thing sin it would go right over most kids heads.

Not mostly for kids...more for the 15-25 audience but tries to be multigeneral (but doesn't work).
If you watched the cartoons as a kid, you will not like the movie.
Animation from bots to vehicles awesome, the rest of the movie, lame and stale.

Transformers is a good movie. The only similarity between the movie and the cartoons was the storyline, somewhat. Other than that it was more of an adult movie, with the concepts.

no its not like the kiddy cartoon. its better than harry potter to me. the graphics are also good. i advise u to watch it

No it is more intense, plenty of action. it has the same content about good vs bad as the cartoon.

Optimus Prime does a lot of cussing, so the kids might want to cover their ears.

i guess the 2007 movie is kinda too violent for small kids.but ok for kids around10 plus
