I want to seprate send and recive , I mean i want to send with my ADSL account and recive with DVB for free . Is it possible ?!

It's very important for me , tnx for your answer

DVB? Digital video broadcast? That's a TV standard.

But no, you can't send requests from one connection and receive the response on another.

The answer is NO.

When you request a response (e.g. request a web site be displayed), the response is directed to come back to the originating IP address.
