I send a letter or an email, so they can read it 10 times and maybe then it will penetrate their thick skull. If that doesn't work then I send them a bottle of tequila in hopes that it kills whatever crawled up their behind.

I usually make odd hand gestures. I possibly will move my whole body if neccesary. That doesn't often help though.
