Does it have to be the actual name of the country, or can it also be a derivative? For example, there's a song called "Song for Ireland" (Mary Black) which contains the name of the country; then there's the song "When Irish Eyes are Smiling" (traditional) which contains a derivative of the country's name. I will assume that it must be the actual name of the country, and NOT a derivative.
Also: songs such as "America the Beautiful" and "American Pie" ought to be disallowed, because the word "America" actually refers to a continent, not a country (the United States are part of North America, and so is Canada). The same thing applies to Africa; also a continent, with many countries within it. So, I will leave that out as well. I will, however, include country names even if the country no longer exists.

O, Canada
Born in the USA
(The) Road to Morocco
Seven Years in Tibet
(and even though London is a city, not a country): Werewolves of London, by the late great Warren Zevon. I just happen to really like the song.

"Don't Cry for Me Argentina"
"God Bless the USA"
"God Bless America"
"Moonlight in Vermont" (it is part of the USA, so I've included it)
"Sweet Home Alabama"
"Irish Eyes are Smiling" (those this refers to nationality and not the country alone)
Those are all I can think of off the top of my head. I'll submit addiitional as I think of them.
