What it would look like is clear at the onset.
Contraindicated: disallowance from ever reaching the back of each other's heads in the first place -- long before.
Both pythons begin neuromuscular retort prompted by innate autonomic response, each pulling free of the other, in unision with deep neuro-muscular signals, each, wherein grave trauma is indicated, shutting off all digestive and enzymatic processes at once by inertia to correct, rent by both violent convulsions 'deep' to the respiratory system and reflex of the alimentary canal to strike free: one python cancelling the other.
'Both on the outside again rather quickly, now delighting in the freak, or both dead by violation of inherent warning signals.

What a wierd question, I think each python would notice that there was another python trying to eat it and would either try to escape or try to kill the other. Either way, the snakes wouldn't be able to eat each other down to the neck because, althought I'm aware this wouldn't happen, they would be dead before they could get that far. However, at some point in London zoo, there was a 2 headed king snake that would just lie down in a narrow cage and didn't know the other head was on the other side of a mirror that was deviding them, the moment the mirror was removed the two heads began to fight and it died when each head killed the other.

It would look like two snake heads with bulging throats - there is no ring or O shape cos that would mean they had not reached the end.
There is not one snake on the outside and one on the inside as each snake head encompasses the body of the other, like there is only one side to a mobius loop.
Brain goes a bit wonky as to what happens next - if they swallow any further they are swallowing the head that contains their own body and my brain runs screaming into the night.

If by some miracle of sorts I would be at the exact same place where the two snakes try to eat each other out, I'm sure I still wouldn't know what will happen next because I'm just gonna run like crazy. One normal snake is scary enough. Two psycho snakes just blows me away. But what a question. My god, you're a genius.

Eventually each snake would effectively be swallowing itself inside the other... how bizarre.... be a good design for a ring!

From above, it would look like a loop shape getting smaller and smaller, and the event would amount to mutual suicide. Those certainly would be some maladaptively angry snakes in that they would be willing to fight to death instead of flee, just to get back at their enemy, but never confronting face to face THE ENEMY INSIDE.
