That's a fly I think , or it could be a small moth .
As for the first part of your question , If you have been sent somewhere you can't really return there until you have left again . So I would suggest leaving before you try to return .
Regarding the very last part : probably cheese .

if you are sent home again and never try to return it may means that you are not more welomed to go to that place you were sent home from cz you may have done something bad or stupid or just cz someone idiot was in a bad mood or something. i dont get that bit for the vomitng? what do u mean?
