Helpful hints:
(1) Get relaxed in a comfortable chair and count backwards from 100. You'll find yourself dropping off to sleep.
(2) No Doze
(3) Red Bull or another energy drink if you don't want to go to sleep.

Two words:
Coca Cola.
Forget energy drinks. They give you instant energy, but when you're sitting in a stand seat for three hours, by that time you'll fall asleep even quicker cause you aren't using the energy.
Caffeine > sugar when you want to stay awake. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

Well shoot. I've been staring at a blank window for a few minutes, Trying to find a delicate way to put this.....
Sex helps me fall asleep. I'm a guy though so this might not work for you.. Exercise might unwind you.
I hope you can get some rest before the game. Good luck.

Red Bull gives you wings!!! Oh and energy bars such as Power bar or Balance do wonders for me. I work 3rd shift hard to stay up sometimes but those things always work for me. Just make sure you drink some water too in there. Don't wanna dehydrate plus the water helps with the energy bars work.

Have you ever heard of a run-on sentence? Yikes.
If it's that hard for you to stay awake at a MLB game, give the tickets to someone who actually cares. I don't care how much sleep I've had, it's never hard for me to stay awake while at a game.

Get naked and streak on the field during the 5th inning. Don't worry cause security will tackle you and handcuff you while dragging you off the field. Have fun !!! Oh, and don't forget the Cracker Jacks.

When my kids were young I would take them to the game and load them up with candy. Forget the calories just this one time, the candy will give you some instant energy, enjoy the game, go home when it is over and go to sleep.
