I pray he's the next Jimmy Carter. Carter healed the country after the unpeachment of Nixon. America will need the same.
Is it not funny how the Neocons trumpet their Christianity loudly and strongly....until they encounter Jimmy, the man of principle, the only person to occupy the White House since Eisenhower who, were he to sit down in a pew next to me in a house of worship, I would not walk out. In fact, were Jimmy and I to find ourselves before the Lord, I would be shouting as loud as anyone in the House!
Jimmy Carter is even eligible to run again. I wish he would. A real Christian is always a good idea.

What planet is cybersharque on? Carter was the worst President in history. He was 'held hostage' by Iran and did nothing about it. He gave us Ted Koppel. We had to wait in line for hours to buy gas. He gave us 'stagflation' - economic stagnation coupled with inflation. We had an energy crisis. He kept our atheletes from competing in the Olympics and re-instituted registration for the draft.
He was so awful that Reagan promptly kicked his butt by getting 91% of the electoral vote in a landslide victory.
He's been almost as bad as an ex-President. He validates sham elections that put terrorists in power, and routinely sides with the terrorist organizations in Israel.
Jimmy Carter never should have left the peanut farming business. That is probably the only thing he has ever done right in his life.

Neither; I would not put him up in the same category as JFK nor would I slander him by comparing him to Carter

He is a bright man that uses reconciliation between the party's as a sort of template, which, is not all that bad these days. I cannot say if I would support him, but, he seems an unusual candidate.

Please. Definitely not the next JFK. To me he is not impressive at all. He is all fluff.
Actually he is the democratic version of the next George W. Bush.
