It's a reference to the "boom chicka wow wow" of the old 70's disco/porno style music.

It sounds like the theme music a hero is supposed to have in one of those 70's blaxploitation movies . They make fun of it in "I'm gonna get you Sucka" saying that you are not a true hero without your own theme music. I think One of the Hosts on MTV used it as well the way Mike Myers used the word "Schwing".
