as everyone has already said.. it depends. But if you load up with proteins, it should heal quicker. boiled eggs are good for quick release into your system.

Depends on your health and diet, and the wound. You need certain nutrients to help the skin repair. I would take some Vitamins A and D and a Zinc containing supplement to help heal the epidermis. The depth of the would will also cause time to vary. I helped heal some deep cutaneous wounds (Bedsores) on a patient using Eltadermal Gel and electrical stimulation therapy that took six weeks. If you just have a paper cut, it will be significantly less.
Edited and added later:
Actually, per Joelly down below on eggs: raw eggs, milk and honey would be an excellent diet for new growth and the honey has a nice antiseptic quality, as well.

Like others have said it depends on your health & location of the wound, a cut in the mouth will only take a day or two to heal, the arm may take a week or two, but (I've read someware) that the leg may take three or four weeks because it's further away from the heart & nutrients.

It all depends on many factors such as you diet, health, depth of wound, place in which the wound is situated, whether you interfer with the healing process, you alcohol consumption, If you keep you wound clean, etc so as much as i would like to tell you i dont think i really can but i'd say something like 1 week - 2 weeks. x x x

It would be impossible to take an average, because it would depend on the size and type of wound, the age and health of the person, and the life-style and diet.
If we're talking about a cut finger, which never goes into water - except for the occasional wash, I think it would be about a week.
If we mean a surgical cut, containing several stitches, it could be longer, and would depend on the scar tissue.

Depends on how deep the wound is and where. Also on your general health - poor nutrition stops would healing. Poor hygiene can risk infection.

Depends on the individual, For example it can take me up to 2-3 weeks but my partner only takes about 4 days. It depends on your skin and general health sorry this is not very helpful
