I keep feeling my pulse in my ears when I put my head on the pillow. Is this high blood pressure?

I used to get that all the time when I drank. I don't have high blood pressure so I don't think that is the cause.

I doubt it is high blood pressure as i once to heard my heart beat in my ear but when i was little and i was really healthy as a little kid,

No, it could be normal or you may be anaemic. If there is no other problem, you don't need to worry.
