When I read this question I was baffled, I thought maybe I had been asleep for 100 years and missed some thing?
Never heard of it.
Just type it into your search engine you will see, as I just did, it's a scam, and believe it or not yet another Nigerian con trick.
I must check your profile, not Nigerian by any chance are you???

you may need a visa? and definetly your own valid country passport
just for a visit/ holiday here!
if you want to emigrate and live here[uk]
you would have to seek immigration information
try the british embassy in your country
[ive never heard of a anti-terrorism certificate,no such thing exists in the uk]

me also they tell me if i wont the offer for secretary in Turkish Airlines in UK i must pay 490 Euro and all the operation of my visa will be from Carib Travel in UK
When i ask my ambassy the said that's just scam
