or murder?or anything? i don't hear anyone saying that when it comes to these acts but say something about the act of fornication and it's judging? i am against these acts, not the person themselves.i don't believe child molestors, murderers and gays wanted to become these things when they grew up. somewhere along the way they were decieved into thinking it might be okay to do these things. do you think it is okay for someone to do these things?are you judging the act or the person?what is the difference in reacting and judging?can you actually not agree with an act and it not be judging?is it ok to judge one of these acts and not others as well. who likes to be lied to?who likes to be hurt?who thinks its okay to rape someone?who thinks it's okay to kill an innocent?are we judging?are we not judging?what are your views on judging? what is considered judging to you?what is considered okay and not okay in your eyes?if something is not considered ok in your eyes, is it not your judgement

I don't think it's a sin to judge others, only things I've read was judge not lest you be judge...well if you haven't done the same thing as the person you are judging then you wouldn't have anything to worry about......and to ,it say one Christian can judge another Christian because of us being of the same spirit....but judging is not a sin as I've seen written...
a lot of time people of faith think they can't do anything for them self and that includes using their common sense...if you know something is wrong and someone is doing it then we are to do the right thing and stop it...by our own hand or by the law of the land.....I think that's what gotten this planet in such a shape no one want to step up and take response ability...and if what we do is wrong, as Christians, we have a savior that died so our sins could be forgiven....

i think this concept of " not judging, lest you be judged" toward others started with a misinterpretation of scripture. The scripture - in context- is referring to condemning others for a sin you are committing yourself.....the scripture was not intended to be twisted to grant permission for every horrible crime and look the other way.
to divide this question up into parts..then.... we try to just judge the behavior, but not the person,. since we do not know always for sure what is the motivation for their actions..in cases where the motivation is obvious, and it is evil, we also have a moral responsibility to respond properly to the evil behavior, to contain it, since the criminal is not going to put himself in jail. At this point, we have to make a judgement, for the benefit and safety of society, to evaluate (judge) this person, and do something to contain their behavior, so they will not be a danger to others.
If we do not respond ( react) or judge this situation, then we are allowing it to continue, and we are as guilty as the criminal who does these things.

Judgeing someones actions is nessesary....and the majority rules when it comes to things like that....like molestation...we know that it causes lifelong damage to the victims of it and so we judge this to be wrong.....and murder ..well...if its coldblooded and not in self defence then again...we judge that to be wrong because of the pain that is caused by killing someone for no good reason. I think if we didnt judge then that would mean that we didnt care.

With harsh, powerful, and overwhelming judgment - usually involving dismemberment and occasionally including due process of law.
But not necessarily.

What purpose does it serve to judge these people. Does it change anything? Does it bring the murdered back to life? I think people like to judge others because it makes them feel better about themselves. These people reap what they sow, as does everybody else. Let God determine what their consequences will be.

Oh, grow up! You can't change a child molester. They need to be sent to the sun. And, I'm damn sure not going to worry about whether it's right or wrong to judge them. They aren't deceived, they are defective. Defective things go back to the factory to be fixed or destroyed.

I think the Bible is refering to setting yourself above the people who do these things. It constantly refers to everyone has done wrong.
