Go to Popcap.com and play Typershark a lot.

Type a lot, the longer you've been typing, the easier it is to find keys on the keyboard. You can start by typing your favorite books and the likes. I've been typing for 5 years and I can type pretty quickly (in my opinion) without looking at the keyboard itself.
