I'm 19 and pregnant. I am 5'7", was 181lbs prepregnancy, and have gained only 10 lbs thus far in pregnancy (only 2 months to go!). After the baby, I plan on continuing the healthy eating and exercise habits I have learned during pregnancy (with more exercise and less calories, of course) so that I can lose 30-40 pounds, hopefully in the course of a year.

My question is if my skin will shrink when the fat does? Or will the fat go away but the skin still hang? Is there anything I can do to help this? It would be great hearing from someone who ahs lost a similar amount of weight!

My excess fat is mostly in my thighs and upper arms...a little in my tummy and hips.

It depends on you.
The thing is: Without something like liposuction, you don't physically lose fat cells. They just shrink. Of course some people can build muscle (And/or tone) on top of the fat cells that have shrunk, but bodyshape and response to stimuli (Like exercises to build tone for example) are very subjective.
So you might be able to, but you just have to try.

It doesn't seem like much though. The amount of weight usually determines how much tone can be rebuilt. If you've gained less than 50 pounds, over time you should be able to put tone over those cells.
Plus: Pregnanacy is much different than just having adipose tissue. You will see how much will go away quickly after you have your child. Usually after a pregnancy, women have trouble getting off the "Extra baby weight," but it is usually a small amount (Maybe 1-30 pounds). Like the "Pooch" for example.
Good luck, and remember :Ability is more important than aesthetic.

Use a lot of cocoa butter and vitamin E on your skin during and after pregnancy, it should help a bit. Most probably, after you loose weight your skin will get looser than before, but don't worry. Just don't loose weight too fast- that'll mess up your skin for sure.

Everyones nostril pores are big, and there's no product to be able to lessen them, even though all of them declare they are able to. Just use a mattifier to your nostril so the pores dont seem oily, and as soon as per week use q-suggestions (cottonbuds) or a nostril strip to transparent the pores of blackheads so that they dont seem so seen. Trust me, I've attempted each costly product available on the market, they quite simply mattify, while you give up utilizing them the pores open up large once more.

Some women are different than others, some will lose the weight and extra skin some will not.
