she is like about 3 months?

She is skittish. There are three basic personalites of cat, very friendly, wary,but not afraid, and skittish. She'll warm up to you. Be patient and loving. Skittish cats are extremely loyal when they love and trust you.

She's afraid of your feet. Remember you're giant size to her, and our huge feet can be a scary threat. Bugging her will only make her stay away, you should change that to playing with her (for only the amount of time she's interested in it).
The less you make yourself a threat, the more comfortable she'll feel around you and be calmer.

My two cats do this to. I usually try to get down to there level. I lay on the floor or kneel and that seems to calm them down a little bit. Once I do that, they come out.

May b bcoz u never show ur cat that u love it? so may b it dosen't trust u! try cuddle ur cat once a while when u got the time..

have you had her long? cats are like that, she will get used to the movements you make and her surroundings over time and i am sure she won't even lift her head when you walk by. in time.

She still young and easily scared. Or, could it be she wants you to play by chasing her? The best thing is to ignore her when she does this, and to give her tiny treats when she comes to you.
