How bad is jogging for your knees? I've heard both good and bad about it. My knees aren't the best but I'm really pleased with jogging's simplicity. If I have to find another work out I'll be dissappointed. But for anyone who has knowledgeable information, please be honest. I wonder how much damage I'm doing by jogging....

thank you

Just look at what happens when you jog. Your body hits the pavement harder than you think. People can develop problems in their ankles, knees, hips and back. Jog in moderation and make sure to wear shoes that cushion your feet well.

First: get a few Vibram fivefingers, and do not pound your ft while you run. Land as softly to your forefoot as you'll. Second: Don't jog. Walk two-five hours every week, raise weights one million-three instances every week for 7-60 mins, and perform a little all out sprints each and every 7-10 days.
