Is 32" your inseam, or from outside top of hipbone to the floor?
If it is your inseam; yes, you do have long legs!

just so you know........it doesn't matter long legs are hot and short legs work with trousers and average is just average.................but anyway ur legs are long and i am guessing beautiful!!!
