Have you ever gone to the bathroom in your dream and actually went? (as in actually wet the bed)

Yes, unfortunately I think this happens to a lot of people at least occasionally (at least probably more than are willing to admit it!)

I think that dreaming of urinating (whether in the bathroom like normal, or wetting one's bed or clothes in a dream, or whatever) is more often than not your subconscious mind's way of trying to let you know that your bladder is getting really full and you need to wake up and take care of it, pronto. I've had dreams like that where I've actually wet myself in the dream but then woke up and was actually surprised to find out that I *hadn't* wet the bed in real life! (although I did have to go really bad!!) Sadly I've also had dreams of going to the bathroom and woken up with an empty bladder and a puddle in my bed. I think it's just a case of having to go too badly and not being able to wake up quickly enough... in other words, it's the too-full bladder that causes the dream, and not the other way around.

Yes. I used to do it all the time when I was younger. Now, I have them every now and then. I realize at times I begin to actually wet and then it wakes me up fast.

I think it's letting you know that you need to really go to the bathroom, because when I wake up from those kinds of dreams, I have to go really bad.

I have gotten up in My sleep, gone to the toilet, flushed , washed My hands and then gone back to bed. All in front of My parents.

no, but a friend of mine did. Just once, and then she said she never did again until many years later, and she said it happened again. I think she said her doctor said that there was a real reason, but I can't remember now. I would ask your doctor.
