I heard this on some Christian radio today. The guy said that people should pray for themselves, not ask people to pray for you. Which made sense to me. Why do people do this and ask others to pray for them? Is there something that says "the more people pray...God hears the prayer better" Does God have a hearing problem?

One of the silliest holdouts from the old days of the first churches is the "public prayer". Practically every church-even today, practices it.
This tradition is probably a holdout from the days when people were not allowed to learn to read, in order to maintain the status quo and power over the people of the priests. Ordinary citizens had the scriptures read and interpreted to them. Learning to actually read was punishable by prison.
Today, when one goes to church, he is still told by the priest or preacher what to pray or what to think while praying. They can do it on their own too but somehow God is supposed to act best on a prayer said by many even though it is the true desire of only one-the man in charge.

This is the tell all of tell alls. Many prayers are required because they are putting out healing energy and the more the better. They think that they are praying to god when in fact they are sending out energy, just like doing a spell, to heal. It's all the same thing. You say rodeeo and I say rodayo. If it was god doing the healing, one prayer would suffice.

Do you think of you're lifeless in Heaven? All in Heaven hear our prays. Eph. 3:14-15- we are all one relatives in heaven and in the international, united at the same time, as little ones of the father, via Jesus Christ. Our brothers and sisters who've long gone to heaven previously us at the instant are not a diverse relatives. we are one and a similar relatives. in the Apostles Creed, we profess a theory in the "communion of saints." There won't be able to be a "communion" if there is not any union. Loving beings, whether in the international or in heaven, are worried for different beings, and this concern is meditated spiritually via prayers for one yet another.

I understand what you mean but group prayer is effective if you know the name of the person you are praying for, believe me it is true.

Edit: You feel like praying my queen

sin is the problem, because it seperates the invididual from GOd. People's sin is like a traffic jam, therefore, the more people pray (more lanes) then the better the chances that God (the destination) will hear us through Christ our LORD via the HOly Spirit! God bless.

"The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much"

There are people whom I trust with my prayers--if you only believe in selfprayer that's your decision. May the Lord bless you.

Spreading the empathy, man. Doesn't matter, though; everyone knows Zeus is the only true god, and he sodomizes Christians.
