I'm looking for someone who actually knows not someone who can go to a translator dictionary and give me a rough reply....THANKS!!

Answer above is Spanish - but it does show how close a lot of Spanish is to Latin.

or literally lovers always

In latin the adjective is almost always present after the noun.
