Been going now for about 3 weeks (never stepped foot in one until then). At least 4 times a week. I don't do anything to hardcore as I am not really looking to lose a lot of weight, but somehow I have managed to put on about 3 pounds? I usually do 50 minutes on the eliptical machine and some really light weight training once a week. Also, as I am not looking to lose to much weight my diet has slightly improved, but it's pretty much still the same. I mean I figured I would have lost at least a couple of pounds by now?
