Nonsense.
Paul says this:

"Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves. For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer. Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor."
Romans 13:1-7

Peter says this:

"Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every authority instituted among men: whether to the king, as the supreme authority, or to governors, who are sent by him to punish those who do wrong and to commend those who do right. For it is God's will that by doing good you should silence the ignorant talk of foolish men. Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. Show proper respect to everyone: Love the brotherhood of believers, fear God, honor the king.
Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh. For it is commendable if a man bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because he is conscious of God. But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God."
I Peter 2:13-20

You are either ignorant or a slanderer.
The passage you cite simply states a spiritual man cannot be rightly adjudged by an unspiritual man, because he is unaware of what motivates the spiritual man.
I would add further that you don't have to tell an honest man not to steal.
Laws are made for lawbreakers, not for law abiding citizens.
The spiritual man acts out of love, so he does no evil to his neighbor.

Actually, you got your knickers in a twist for nothing and should read a little more. Christians are not only told to not commit adultery, but that if they lust in their hearts, they have broken that commandment. If you hate your brother, you have murdered him in your heart, breaking the commandment to not murder. You actually could have picked a better group direct your question towards. Most "fundies" I know live a clean and quiet life, as suggested in the bible.

where in the bible does it say we can do anything we want. It doesn't. what this passage means, is that we are accountable to God over man. I will be held accountable for everything that I do in His name- however I am forgiven through the shed blood of Christ. Salvation is a free gift, but that is not free reign to do anything that I desire. I must follow God- and if I would steal something I should be prosecuted- because if I am a saved born again believer, I cannot sin , because that makes grace cheap, and it cost Jesus His life.

No. Christians are bound to the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2).

where are the words fundamentalist and christian found in the bible? both words are not in the bible. i can see your premise but you are lacking in context. cherry picking verses have caused many divisions. even satan cherry picked verses against jesus when he tempted him in the wilderness, however the difference was jesus used context and proper understanding of the scripture and satan manipulated scripture for his own gain. it ofcourse didn't work but it is something we must be aware of.

That's why you don't pick verses out of the Bible and create doctrine from them.

All are bound by the Law of God. "to the law and the testimony, if they speak not according to this word it is because there is no light in them"

Christians are subject to GOD's laws which are higher & more perfect than man's laws. We have the 10 Commandments to follow along with many more. If we all were to obey the laws of God there would be no need at all for man-made laws.
