One time I woke up at 3am and I was hearing baby crying, I thought I was going crazy because I could hear voices. I couldn't sleep.
So, during the daytime, it turned out that my neighbor's baby was crying. Our neighbor, she came to our house and told us that her baby was sick and crying all night.
But today, one lady was helping me and my mom clean our whole house. The lady is getting paid to help us, she did a good with cleaning too.
Some what, that lady scares me. A scarey movie I watched a long time ago had a crazy maid just like her. So, the lady is coming back tomorrow
Am I parnoid or what? Is there a natural way to deal with being parnoid?

I think the movies you're watching are getting to your head. If you feel uncomfortable, make sure you're not in the house when the cleaning lady comes. Paranoia is hard to deal with but in facing your fears and realizing that they're only fears will help. But for now, I would suggest finding something else to occupy your time while the cleaning lady is there. She's sure helpful to your mom.

Try getting a night light. Also install a motion detector outside if that helps. Ask yourself this, what makes this lady scare you so much. It could be a premonition to something or nothing at all. Pray before you turn in okay.

You've probably got a great imagination & your just freaking yourself out. I have a 14 yr old daughter who does this all the time. Try to keep your mind busy with happy, safe, fun thoughts. And maybe don't watch any scary movies for awhile. Good Luck!!!

I can totally relate to where your coming from with that. I'm the same way. I'm not as bad about it as I used to be, though.
Try focusing your energy on something productive when you feel paranoid.
Sorry, that is the best advise I can give.
I hope things turn out better for you. Like I said, I'm the same way.

It's just one of those days. I thought I saw a ghost last night on the other side of the window, turns out it was the reflection of my fan. It's just one of those days when u r scared and thinking stuff that isn't true. It's normal.

Crazy people don't know that they're crazy, so the very fact that you think that you are becoming crazy is proof that you are not. As for being paranoid, that's probably a result of stress.

Sounds more like insecurity to me - sometimes feeling as though you have no control (because someone else has it) will foster feelings of insecurity. How's your relationship with your mom?

I don't see how the two stories you are telling are connected. If you are haunted by fears like this, you should probably talk it through with a professional in this field.

You've got a wonderful imagination; why not try to make money with it like Stephan King?
