i had that same problem a couple of years ago when i was going back to school but i weight 130 and i wanted to be down to 110,but what is a good thing to do is keep a schedual and write down what your going to eat,at what time(to keep it kinda regular),and the amount of exercise that your going to do each day.all you have to do is avoid sweets,high carbs,and especially POP if you stop drinking pop alone your going to lose 5lbs quickly in a matter of maybe about a week.but make sure to eat fruits(but not too many cause they have sugar too) drink lots of water,and instead of just sitting at home do something.go outside and have some fun,run,go on swings,sports,polaties(really good),and even just dancing at home to some good music thats what did it for me all i had to do is avoid the bad food and just dance everynight for an hour or so.

Since we are all individuals, you have to find out what works best for your body nutrition wise. Some people lose weight by cutting carbs, others lose weight with a diet of vegetables and fruits. Your body will tell you what it needs. Listen to it. Dont go hungry as this could cause bingeing. Excercise works for us all. You are 15 so you probably like music and dancing. Put together a CD of songs that motivate you and get you moving. Use hand weights while working out when possible as this elevates heart rate and tones arms nicely. You dont need heavy weights just 3 to 5 lb weights and do reps. Another suggestion is to get your hands on Darrens Dance Video DVD. You will learn dance routines and get a kickin work out too. Dancing is a great way to tone up and have fun. Best of luck to you. You will do great.

The best weight loss program is to exercise daily and cut out all white foods. You will be shocked at your weight loss. White foods include sugar, white flour, white rice, potatoes, ice cream, etc. It it is white, don't eat it. Eat lots of green veggies, lots of water and some exercise. Again lots of water and 3 multi vitamins per day. Your friends at school won't recognize you when school starts again. Good luck.

ok EAT LESS CARBS
here is a perfect way to lose weight but not by being anorexic
breakfast- fruit bowl
lunch- hotdog (no bun, just meat) HIGH protein
dinner- caeser salad w/ chicken
eat things like that healthy, high protein, and good for u
hope that helps
also work out do a lot of crunches to get ur stomach muscles strong
and run a lot so u can get in shape

ive used this answer before, but it works!!
excercise at least 30 minutes every day
eat smaller portions and healthier food
drink lots and lots of water.
its that simple, i lost 10 lbs in a month.
