none of those are the best cereals - they are not whole grain - i think they are made WITH whole grain which is not the same
Kashi is the best cereal you can find in regular food stores.
that is more like two small meals - if you eat too much for one meal your body gets more calories than it can use and stores the rest in fat reserves.

Hello! Good job with the exercise! Your breakfast plan isn't unhealthy, but you are including a LOT of fruit which is fairly high in sugars..Try adding a little bit of lean meat to it, such as a hard-boiled egg and take out some of the excess fruit. Good luck!

Seems like you were on a sugar-high when you typed your question. Slow down, Skippy! The breakfast, while a little heavy on the quantity of food, fruits, sugars, carbs, etc. is still better than a typical bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, and toast or biscuit breakfast.

Well, I would personally go with 2% reduced organic milk. Make sure you aren't eating anything with soy or corn in it, since it is most likely genetically modified (that's another long story..just stick with organic foods). Although organic foods are more expensive than conventional foods, and good health is truly something you can't buy, you can still facilitate in good health with organic foods.

yeah its healthy. try not to eat so much fast food or at restaurants. also vary your meals, include a lil bit of evrything. excersing also helps alot. but also do not limit yourself so much especialy for a guy, eat depending on your body. if you exercise alot its ok for you to eat a bit more because you need the energy which you will burn off anyways.
