so my ex and i have been hanging out so i asked him if anything is going to develope with us(relationship wise) last night and he never answered me. so today i texted him so many times asking him if he is mad at me and that he should forget about the question i asked him and he never answered me. so i texted him once more tonight and asked him if he wants to be left alone and i would leave him alone, and he texted me saying that he is on vacation and he is having a blast. (seems like he is trying to rub it in)... first he lied to me, he said he is not going to stay the night on the boat, that he is going to drive out to the lake every day and then he tells me to chill out that im sending him way too many messages. im getting fed up with his crap because he is lieing to me. what do i do? how do i set him straight? please help!!! do you think he is hiding something from me or he has another girl?

You need to leave him alone. If he didn't answer, he doesn't know or is afraid to tell you. He is already your ex for a reason.

don't be too clingy, and be patient. don't send him too many messages or u mite freak him out... which mite be the reason for the lies, ect. And no offence he sounds kinda like a jerk 4 rubbing it in, but hey, its a txt u can never tell w/ these things. if he doesnt wanna go out again move on... there r always more fish in the sea... and rite now hes on a boat.

well see you are making yourself WAY too available...a guy doesn't want a girl who will throw herself at him. So give him the chase...send him a message and tell him to have a good time. he will feel like you aren't checking up on him so much. Quit texting him and just tell him to call ya sometime. He will wonder why you just left it alone and he'll have to talk to you to ask you what's up...guys can't stand it when a girl just quits having interest in them. At least that's how i got my ex back....

as you said, he is now your ex (former bf). and as what I can see, based on your story he has already moved on with his life, even without you. so, why don't you do the same? why dont you totally forget this guy and start a new life? you know, if he is still interested to you, he will not act that way....And remember that he is now your ex, so you have no responsibility anymore to set him straight...just leave him alone, and start your life from now on..even without him, im sure you can do that!

HONEY:LETS BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF FOR ONE MINUTE HERE REALLY. YOU TWO BROKE UP FOR A REASON RIGHT? A EX IS AN EX FOR A REASON COMES TO MIND. TAKE THE BOOTY CALL FEELINGS AND LEAVE THEM ON THE NIGHTSTAND. START LOOKING FOR SOMEONE NEW OR HAVING AND MAKING YOUR ON FUN. BECAUSE HE IS NOT PAYING YOU ANY ATTENTION AND COMES ACROSS LIKE HE DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR THOUGHTS AT ALL. SURF'S UP AND HANG OUT TOO! HE IS LYING BECAUSE HE CAN WITH A CLEAR HEAD TOO.

Maybe the best way to set him straight is to ignore him the way he is doing it to you. Sometimes silence speaks volumes. I need to take my own advice too. ;)

Oh girl!!!! Get a life!!! Keep looking. Often guys want what they can't have so get a lot less available and see what happens.

do what the guy suggests...then turn it on him and give him a taste of his own medicine..take some time out to hang out with your girlfriends and have a little fun....

I think there's a reason he broke it off in the first place.
