just relax and don't watch them do it, i closed my eyes when i got it done and it was over before i knew it, just be sure to clean it after you get it like all the time till it's healed. good luck :)

My husband is a piercer, so I have several piercings. It feels like a pinch and it is over before you know it. Just make sure you go to a clean and reputable piercer. Also, aftercare is really important if the shop sells H2Ocean buy it. It is made of a .9 saline solution like the natural tears and sweat that runs through your body so it really speeds up healing time. Don't touch it with dirty fingers and wear loose clothes for atleast a few days. Good Luck and I hope it goes well for you!!

You don't need to do anything to prepare, Pinch the skin above your belly button hard, thats what it feels like, honestly its like a paper cut, don't freak yourself out. Here is a tip that always works for me; make yourself think that its going to hurt REALLY bad and it wont hurt at all, always prepare for the worst!

Heres a few tips...

It's so worth it, i got mine about two years ago, and i love it so much, my stomach looks naked without it lol

It takes longer than you think to heal (about a year to heal completely) You're probably going to get an infection or two, but don't freak out, it will go away.

Don't over clean it, but don't stop cleaning it for a long time.
