Why can't some people resist popping pimples?

Or like blisters?

I know that there is a risk that the pimple will just get worse most of the time; and I know that a blister could get worse too, or infected. So why can't some people and I resist?

It's a little like the way people look into the toilet after pooping or into the tissue after blowing their noses. Talk about why! I think it is best to not dwell on these things for too long, choosing instead to simply chalk it up to human oddity.

Man my wife likes to pop my pimples all the time she can't keep her hands off of my nose. Its really irritating but oh well I deal with it.. Btw I always pop my pimples I can't stand just leaving it alone.

because even an infected popped zit crater looks better than a big yellow mountain. You can always use peroxide... or rubbing alcohol for the manly men, to fight against infection.

Because most people don't know to leave well enough alone. If you can keep from doing it, not only will you avoid a possible Infection, you will have shown an admirable amount of self-restraint! :)

They are an eyesore, ugly, and annoying. They also feel itchy sometimes, thus we get the extreme urge to squeeze out everything in a zit.

Because they are like 3D but when u pop it it makes you feel better the puss is out of it , it is a good feeling it is all better once poped

it just seems easier to just.. try and make it go away!
i personally do not have the patience to wait for the darn thing to go away, and cannot resist trying to pop it, to make it get "smaller"...

it looks better short term. So people pop. Once you pop, you get pop.

I pop mine because they are painful and ugly.
