You are suffering from depression. You spend too much time alone and not enough time with friends being a teenager and doing teenage things. You need to go to the movies, go to parties, im your friends, chat on line and go on my space. You also need exercise. Your hormones are changing rapidly and that is the reason for some of your depression. You also need some physical activity. Vigorous exercise at least a couple of days a week will help you tremendously. So will vitamins, especially the Bs.
You also need to let your parents know how much you are suffering. Are you eating a proper diet. The answer to your problem is not one simple "do this", it is a multitude of things as I have listed above. Email me if you want more help or information.

You need to think about death, it is inevitable, a process in life that we all will go through, that is our destiny. In thinking of death you are actually trying to prepare yourself for what is to come so that when the time comes you will be ready for it. You know why you are getting upset? it is because you have not accepted that it is how life is, kind of like growing up. Instead getting upset about it, major in being nice to people around you so, gving your best in everything that you do so that when you see your funeral you will see how heartbroken your friends and family will be to see you gone. You will smile thinking of all the wonderful things you've done to so many people. Live well and you will start thinking of death in a positive way. You are not sick, just worried of the future. Now get back to sleep and dream well and embark on a path of goodwill when you wake up.

No, your toddler would be ok. do not take something to your chilly with out consulting your well-being care professional. I had 4 toddlers and on no account fails... continuously had a chilly or flu. i became in elementary terms in a position to take Tylenol. Get some relax, consume some chicken soup and drink orange juice and numerous beverages. get extra effective!

It sounds like you are really struggling with this, and I agree with the other posters that I think you should seek help as you don't want to live like this and it could be dangerous. Call 1-800-suicide, or visit their website at http://www.hopeline.com/. They are wonderful people who are very good at what they do and I believe they can help you. It is better talking to them, who are trained to work with these situations, than post here and talk with us!

alot of people go throught his. trust me, i went through a stage like this. if youre really worried about it, then you should talk to a doctor, not yahooanswers. please, ask someone you know for help! there is only so much people can do on yahooanswers, you need to talk to someone who can really help you! pleeease, honey, see a doctor!
