Here's the procedure...

Then you'll be as powerful as god or the devil.

If you could define what powers the god or devil has;then one could suggest you some means to achieve those powers.Those people who want to achieve something, they are not confused in such fantasies.Some people who wanted to fly tried flying by attaching wings to their bodies and died because they neglected the basic laws of nature and their own limitations;others prudent enough invented suitable machines keeping in view all the odds and not only succeeded in fulfilling their dreams but also created a comfortable means of flying for billions of people.When desires and aspirations have higher or nobler ideals and objectives; they are appreciable but if they are just whimsical stray digressions they are detestable and waste of time.Say, if you become as powerful as God what will you do?Pharoha said to Abraham, I am god and most powerful, he said okay my God makes the sun rise from the east, you make it to rise from west.Pharoha could only cut a sorry figure.If you want to become as powerful as gods and devils of Greek mythology, one can pity on you, only.

Easy I came up with how to become all powerfull when I was 12.
Once your all powerfull and can do anything just go back in time and make your mortal self all powerfull. Kind of a paradox but in theory it works.
