Be happy for a little bit, Mears is an awesome driver but remember, the winner at Chicagoland has never come from inside the top 6. So look for Mears to have an o.k. run, but expect the usual mile and a half drivers to be up front. (Biffle, Gordon, Kahne, etc.)

I was a little disappointed that Truex didnt end up getting the pole, but if any of the Hendricks guys were to do it, I am glad it was Mears.

I always knew Casey had talent, he just needs the right Team with the right equipment. It is great to see Casey finally adapting to his new Team and getting some great results. I think we will see him in Victory Lane one more time before this season is out.

It happens a lot in NASCAR. Teammates letting eachother lead a lap for the 5 bonus factors. in many situations after the lap is led, the different vehicle will fall back back and supply the spot back to it rather is rightful proprietor.
