The most difficult thing about the Christian concept of the Trinity is that there is no way to adequately explain it. The Trinity is a concept that is impossible for any human being to fully understand, let alone explain. God is infinitely greater than we are, therefore we should not expect to be able to fully understand Him. The Bible teaches that the Father is God, that Jesus is God, and that the Holy Spirit is God. The Bible also teaches that there is only one God. Though we can understand some facts about the relationship of the different persons of the Trinity to one another, ultimately, it is incomprehensible to the human mind. However, this does not mean it is not true or not based on the teachings of the Bible
The tasks of the individual members of the Trinity: The Father is the ultimate source or cause of: 1) the universe (1 Corinthians 8:6; Revelation 4:11); 2) divine revelation (Revelation 1:1); 3) salvation (John 3:16-17); and 4) Jesus' human works (John 5:17; 14:10). The Father INITIATES all of these things.

The Son is the agent through whom the Father does the following works: 1) the creation and maintenance of the universe (1 Corinthians 8:6; John 1:3; Colossians 1:16-17); 2) divine revelation (John 1:1; Matthew 11:27; John 16:12-15; Revelation 1:1); and 3) salvation (2 Corinthians 5:19; Matthew 1:21; John 4:42). The Father does all these things through the Son, who functions as His agent.

The Holy Spirit is the means by whom the Father does the following works: 1) creation and maintenance of the universe (Genesis 1:2; Job 26:13; Psalm 104:30); 2) divine revelation (John 16:12-15; Ephesians 3:5; 2 Peter 1:21); 3) salvation (John 3:6; Titus 3:5; 1 Peter 1:2); and 4) Jesus' works (Isaiah 61:1; Acts 10:38). Thus the Father does all these things by the power of the Holy Spirit.

no he is not God. God spoke through Jesus Christ. And being that he is Gods son he is some how a part of God in some way. Sometimes in the bible it will say lord and be talking about God and sometimes they are talking about Jesus. Jesus clearly calls God his father in heaven many times so thats all we can really know to be true portioning that Jesus is some how a part of God.

Jesus is God the Son,the second person of the Trinity. It's sort of like the equation 1x1x1 = 1,Three whos and One what.A good way to look at it is ,Read Genesis 1 ,where God says "Let us make man in our image"...then read John 1, Collosians 1 and Hebrews 1.They all state how Jesus was there at creation and how all things were made by God the Father through Jesus.We use 10% of our brain so it is tough to understand such a complex being as God.Even in Phillipians , Paul says "Jesus thought it not robbery to be equal with God ,emptied himself for our sakes and took on a tent of human flesh."

Was Jesus Also Called God?
Although Jesus never claimed to be God, as Jehovah’s appointed ruler he is identified in Isaiah’s prophecy by the terms “Mighty God” and “Prince of Peace.” Isaiah’s prophecy adds: “To the abundance of the princely rule and to peace there will be no end.” (Isaiah 9:6, 7) So, as the “Prince”—the son of the Great King, Jehovah—Jesus will serve as Ruler of the heavenly government of “God Almighty.”—Exodus 6:3.

Yet, a person may ask, ‘In what sense is Jesus a “Mighty God,” and didn’t the apostle John say that Jesus is himself God?’ In the King James version of the Bible, John 1:1 reads: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Some argue that this means that “the Word,” who was born on earth as the baby Jesus, is Almighty God himself. Is this true?

If this verse were interpreted to mean Jesus was himself God Almighty, it would contradict the preceding statement, “the Word was with God.” Someone who is “with” another person cannot be the same as that other person. Many Bible translations thus draw a distinction, making clear that the Word was not God Almighty. For example, a sampling of Bible translations say the following: “The Word was a God,” “a god was the Word,” and “the Word was divine.”*

Bible verses that in the Greek language have a construction similar to that of John 1:1 use the expression “a god.” For example, when referring to Herod Agrippa I, the crowds shouted: ‘It is a god speaking.’ And when Paul survived a bite by a poisonous snake, the people said: “He is a god.” (Acts 12:22; 28:3-6) It is in harmony with both Greek grammar and Bible teaching to speak of the Word as, not God, but “a god.”—John 1:1.

Consider how John identified “the Word” in the first chapter of his Gospel. “The Word became flesh and resided among us,” he wrote, “and we had a view of his glory, a glory such as belongs [not to God but] to an only-begotten son from a father.” So “the Word,” who became flesh, lived on the earth as the man Jesus and was seen by people. Therefore, he could not have been Almighty God, regarding whom John says: “No man has seen God at any time.”—John 1:14, 18.

‘Why, then,’ one may ask, ‘did Thomas exclaim when seeing the resurrected Jesus, “My Lord and my God!”?’ As already noted, Jesus is a god in the sense of being divine, but he is not the Father. Jesus had just told Mary Magdalene: “I am ascending to my Father and your Father and to my God and your God.” Remember, too, why John wrote his Gospel. Three verses after the account about Thomas, John explained that he wrote so that people “may believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God”—not that he is God.—John 20:17, 28, 31.

Jesus is the Son of God as well as God the Son.

"And Thomas answered and said unto him [Jesus], My Lord and my God. John 20:28

There are many texts that refer to the divinity of Jesus Christ. This is one that is very clear.

well this is a real difficult question something God can answer. Jesus is the son of God and God and Jesus are the same and are the same as 1 when united.

WOW, great question.
While I do not share your religion, I have studied it. I know your book, it's origins, it's history.

From some viewpoints the jesus story is a recycling of the Perseus story. Zeus came down, loved a MORTAL woman and begot her son.

In the very early versions of the bible, Jesus is a mortal. "A" son of god. Two entirely separate entities.

While there are COUNTLESS factions of christian, they ALL stem from the "Roman Catholic Church". Who see jesus as separate from GOD. It even says in your book "jesus sits at the right hand of god"

Research the lineage of your book. I promise it's quite interesting.

The problem is that this is one of those issues that Christian adults argue over and will continue to argue over. You really need to come to your own conclusion. I believe Jesus is not God, but He is the Son of God. He says that Himself in many places. I believe God sent Him to us to bring God's message of grace and redemption to us. Jesus also said that God worked directly through Him. If Christ is to sit on the right hand side of God in the Kingdom of God, how could He be God at the same time?

Jesus is a prophet of God. He is the son of Mary. He is not God. God is one and He has no partners. Worshipping Jesus as a God, falls under the category or worshipping false idols. See below, there is text from the Bible and the Qur'an.

Exodus 20:2-17

2 I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery;

3 you shall have no other gods before me.

4 You shall not make for yourself an idol, whether in the form of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.

5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing children for the iniquity of parents, to the third and the fourth generation of those who reject me,

6 but showing steadfast love to the thousandth generation of those who love me and keep my commandments.

Qur'an: Surah Ikhlas

In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Say: He is God, the One and Only;
God, the Eternal, Absolute;
He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
And there is none like unto Him.

Hope this helps! I will pray that God leads you to the truth you seek.
