It's one of my favorite Martial Arts.

I had to stop because there's no place that teaches around here (Or at least that I know of [Damn you Pensacola.. :P]), but I learned a little in the past. I practice what I learned sometimes. I'm not trying to teach myself the art itself, but I am trying to get more into the acrobatics a little. That and the damn good conditioning exercises of course. ^_^
