I've had "fixed" dogs mount and stick to the female in season. They can still do this but can't reproduce.

She may be in heat. My male is fixed & he does that w/my female when she's in heat. Just because he's fixed doesn't mean he won't try humping.

because its natural...she is probably in heat...he is only doing what nature tells him to do...just bc you got him fixed doesnt mean he stops being a male dog

Well, its only natural a dog does it. If you really hate it, then stop him from doing it each time he gets near her butt. Or distract him with something else when he does it.
