The first shot is a booster and it's called Fel-O-Vax IV (Rhino/Calici/Panleuk/Chlamydia). About 3 weeks after this is given you need to take it back and have the second shot.

My vet uses a needleless vaccination by Purevax for FeLV.

It is not painful to inject, it is delivered by an air gun basically.
