As a Viet Vet trapped in a War that wasn't, I honestly feel we should spend all the money that is left RIGHT NOW with the exception of paying for flight crew, aircraft food and fuel to get our troops home..we should run out when the last man and woman is standing safely on American soil...this War is over....the Iraqi people need to have their civil war, and move on.
