Supplemental formula for kittens, available at any good pet supply store. For about 2-4 more weeks they should have mother's milk, or an equivalent substitute. As for ADDITIONAL sources of nutrition, add some canned tuna, moistened with a tad bit of olive oil, to their diet, I;ll bet they lap it up off your finger quick! If so, introduce to a bowl with some in it. Switch to canned wet food for KITTENS, and wean from milk/formula in proper time. Then in about two to four more weeks, start adding bits of dry kitten chow, crumbled, into the mix, increasing the dry incrementally until at about 12-14 wks of age, they are on dry food exclusively.

Do you own a coffee grinder? It works REALLY good. Only fill it about 1/2 way with regular cat food and the take powdered milk(1/2 as much of the food after it is ground)mix it in. Get some hot water and mix it in slowly until it is a slightly runny paste. Even the mother will love this stuff. I have done it will all the litters and even when one of them is sick. This also works good for wormer, fiber, and any other kind of things they wouldn't normally eat.

you can buy kitten milk at the pet store and a small bottle to feed him with. One can should last two or three feedings and a case in only about 10 dollars or so. you can also get kitten liquid vitamins that you can give him also that is a little more expensive. his body is not really ready for solid foods yet.

usually that works well for them. Other things you can do is get the kitten formula and mix that in with them for a little while. This just provides more nutrients and what not whil they are growing. Also, make sure you do NOT feed them milk for humans. THis is bad for them and can give them really bad diarrhea. It's in you'r best bet not to. Otherwise keep up the great work!!

Kitten formula in a kitten bottle - can be bought at a pet store. Hey - tried to e-mail you back - we only have one kitten left, momma disappeared - maybe for the same reason your doesn't want to nurse, runt died - don't think he ever fully developed, and the other one got out of the box - maybe looking for momma - and died, so we are left with one. She will drink a little kitten formula. She also likes to eat softened food out of my hand - gets a hold of my fingers sometimes too....see you later.

regrettably, a 4 week previous infant will consume what they want while they want it. My 6 week previous son can stretch a feeding out over 2 or 3 hours! this is extremely onerous, yet in a pair of months, your daughter will possibly be on extra of a schedule as her physique adjusts. My son is now beginning as much as sleep extra at evening and be conscious extra in the process the day. He nevertheless does stay conscious extra advantageous than 3 hrs at a time, yet now he naps extra at evening. Feeding at the instant are taking a shorter quantity of time.

What you are doing is good. Don't give them regular milk, You can buy the cat milk supplement and use that just to moisten the food. Keep fresh clean water out so the can get a drink as needed.

they should also be given either kitten replacement formula or goats milk.
after they atart to eat teh mush then slowly make it thicker.
at about 6 weeks start leaving hard food but at least 3 times a day offer teh slightly moistened food. and start offering water. by 7 weeks tehy should be on solid food.
also start taking them to teh litter box and teaching them how to use it.
