I don't think it is possible when mental pictures are not hanging in the halls of your memory.
However, they have real feelings and fears--probably dream about falling, or getting hit by a car.
Good question, I'll ask someone.

Have they blind their entires lives? If they were blinded at some point following birth and have had vision at one point, I would say they can.

they prolly dream about being able to see:\ and ya it'd prolly be difficult for them to see that dream

if they ever has sight probly.
but if they havent ever had sight it would probly just be sounds.
