Black would be disrespectful because it is a color when used formally, either denotes elegance, as when attending a formal dinner or an opera, or denotes mourning, such as at a funeral. Black worn as a guest at a wedding or a renewal of vows shows you are not happy for the couple. I have seen groomsmen wear black while bridesmaids wear red, and I have also seen bridesmaids wear black while the groomsmen wear white. When the wedding party wears black, it is entirely different because they are coordinating colors for a desired look of elegance. When a guest wears black, they are making a statement of how they feel about the nuptials. Now if the dress you wanted to wear had pink AND black in it, then that would be fine. Otherwise, I'd stick with the pink one.

it depends on the time of the ceremony and how austere the dress is. if it's an evening ceremony and it's a flouncy black cocktail dress that would be fine. if it's an afternoon or morning ceremony, go with the pink one

it depends on the shade [pink] and style..choose whichever you're comfortable in and looks more appropriate..if the black is an elegant cocktail dress, i would go for it..

If you're unsure, it's probably better to just wear the pink one.
