I was doing some paper work this afternoon and just a sudden I get this headache that feels as if it was punctered or someone stabbed my brain. I dont have a headache, my head just hurts. I've never had this pain before. After a while it hurt no more but now its coming back. Should I go to the doctor or should I just ignore it, its probably nothing!

No need of doctor at present, probably you might have had sour food or anger otherwise it is blockage of flow of VE.
There is no medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.
Acidity, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation;
Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy are their causes. None of them can be treated with medicine. Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.
Acupuncture is the best treatment. I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.
Avoid late sleeping if possible;spicy, sour, stale bakery foods and alcohole.
Sweet foods, sweet fruits, milk, rice and good sleep will help you.

Pl search a painful point 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

Well I get that also, and it is cus of paperwork! Mostly excel, I hate that program. I get dizzy with the lines, and switching books.

But here is the funny/sarcastic side of me! coming down from a headache.

1 - go have great sex - it honestly helps allot.
2 - go for a massage - that also helps allot!
3 - Have someone do you feet, - Sometimes that helps better then all of the above.
4 - Apply for a new job with no paperwork! - the thought of that alone can get rid of tht headache!

But my suggestion would be, is do 3, then 2 then 1... I promise you will feel soo much better

( also try pinching the thicker area between your thumb and finger for 2 or 3 mins, it helps with headaches!

I hope this at least made you laugh.

GO TO THE DOCTOR! My dad had a stroke because a blood vessel burst in his brain and it started just like a headache. It started the night before, and then the next morning we were calling 911 because he wouldn't respond. He ended up having like 4 brain surgeries. So even if it's not something serious, it could be. So go!

Go to the hospital and get a MRI - could be a cerebral aneurysm. IT COMES ON FAST- AND IT HADNT LET UP MUCH

My best friend and I were on the phoen- she in TN and me in MT -- talk about scary- I LOST HER FOR A MIN- i HAD TO COORDINATE 911 HER AND HER HUSBAND FROM MY SEAT HERE IN MT , BUT WE DID IT!!
They did an MRI and said that if they waited she might not be here...

She did thank me and could not believe I coordinated that and she got great medical care to follow--

(wanted to strangle her dam husband! SOB -lol didnt call me for 2 days and cuz she was unconscious .....this was the 2nd time she did that to me I was not about to wait!-LOL)

i will PRAY it is nothing like that, but something to seriously think about!

I would go to the doctor and see what's the matter, it appears that you have something very, very, serious that requires medical attention.
