how do you put the cassete in a camcorder?

i have a cannon camcorder but i dont know how to put the cassete in it. Any suggestions?

Look for a button or slider on the top or bottom of the camcorder labeled open or eject. Sometimes they are well-hidden. Push the button and gently pull the door open. The deck should pop out. Slide the tape in with the tapered end in first and the exposed plastic wheels facing in. Then push the side of the deck in but don't push the deck in. It should go in on its own after you close it. Then close the outside door again and you should be done.

You need to have the battery charged and attached to the camera first before trying to load a tape.
