I know that we shouldn't have the ritualistic and show offy prayer lives, but I feel that the words to this chorus are a perfect representation of what I need God to do to me every day.
Search me oh God
and know my heart today
Try me oh savior
and know my thoughts I pray

some wicked way in me
Cleanse me from every sin
and set me free.
Sometimes it is hard for me to say what my spirit is wanting to say, and I turn to song to express the deep emotions of my soul. What does your soul try to say? Is it easy to say? What do you find is the easiest way to express your feelings to an almighty God?

I pray to God like I'm simply talking to someone (with respect, of course). I tell him what I'm thankful for, I ask for help when I need it, and I pray to talk to someone, to comfort me when I'm distressed.

Sometimes easy sometimes not. I just talk to God and i also use the beautiful set prayers of others

Go to him humbly in prayer and tell him what you want to say! God listens!! Use your music to praise him! It is easy to say things to God.....He's there for us in bad times, or just praising Him.
