Are they a people who live under a divine law as per Gods' Covenant with Abraham ?
Genesis 17:9-10 ---Then God said to Abraham, "As for you, you must keep my covenant, you and your descendants after you for the generations to come.
This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep: Every male among you shall be circumcised.
Galatians 5:2 ---- Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all.

they have the code of hammurabi oh wait i mean the 10 commandments and i suggest you ask a doctor about circumscion they say its a totally worthless and has not one shred of medical value what so ever

Jesus fulfilled and cancelled the Law of Moses when He died on the cross. See Colossians chapter 2.
Today we have three laws:
1. Love God
2. Love your neighbor
3. Love one another ( referring to your fellow Christian )
