I feel if someone "important" ask a question, it automatically goes to the main with tons of stars. Certain quesions asked in certain groups would never make it to the main.
I would like my question to appear there..i wonder, who decides if its important or not?
Give me a star so mine appear there!! does the ones with the most stars appear?

I do not know what criteria yahoo uses to select "important" questions.
One Q was posted by a celebrity TV interviewer and had many pages of answers.
I did not note if any stars were awarded.

It probably does, but none of that matters to me. I do not decide which qestions to answer by who asked it or ahow many stars it has.
I tend to answer the questions of my own personal contacts first, and then just go for whatever is an interesting thought or topic.
