Why do people worship Jesus's mother Mary, I have heard that she was perfect like christ, this is not true. What part of no other gods before me do they no under stand

For the 1000th time ,Catholicism condemns Mary or any other creature being worshipped as a god. Mary is not eternal or infinite in nature(she is not God) but Jesus is in His DIvine nature,so Mary is not perfect or ultimate like Jesus.
Buy the Catechism of the Catholic Chruch and read it in its context if you want to speak intelligently about Catholicism. You do want to -or do you?

I think it is ok to respect her and call her blessed but to worship her as the mother of God is wrong. People say Jesus is God but that is wrong too because he has a mother and it is not possible for God to have a mother or father.

Before I made up my own mind regarding religion, I thought the same thing. Having been confirmed Lutheran, I always wondered why my Catholic friend said the "hail mary" or whatever, because I never did.

Well, perhaps since everyone is actually part of the One that is God, we can all be recognized as part of God.
Remember, Christianity specifically declines to follow the laws of the Hebrew Bible.

Why would God worry about worsipping any other Gods "before him" when no other God's supposedly exist?
Shouldnt God have said "Dont worship any other imagined God's before me, the real God"
