Te traditional answer involves finding a true crossroads (one with no stop signs and preferably a dirt road) and standing around there at midnight. After that, if the devil does show up, the negotiations are all up to you! Just be careful what you ask for. Let me know how it works out!

Well, the devil writes up this contract and then you sign in blood. But you have to wait for him to get to you because there are so many people lined up giving their souls away for free. Just be patient.

If you believe in such a thing as the devil, then you'd simply say something like,
"Hail Satan! Howzit going. Look, I want such-and-such, and I do, being of sound mind and body, hereby offer you my soul in exchange for that such-and-such, and that this agreement is binding on us both eternally. You (the Devil) agree that you will continue to provide this such-and-such throughout this lifetime and throughout any future lifetimes. If you (the Devil) fail at any time to provide such-and-such as per our agreement, then this contract shall be null and void from that point forever, and you shall forthwith return my soul to me at that moment without delay."

Very simple: you sin and refuse to obey God. You become slaves of sin and your master is the devil if you keep up your actions of evil (Romans 6). If you want to get in in on the spiritual slave market, start sinning and Satan will buy you.

give into temptation. God doesn't allow, Satan encourages. Basically this life is directed by pleasure... if you want instant gratification Satan provides it through sins (gluttony, lust..etc) God doesn't allow but you're reward is alot greater in the end.
So chances are you've already sold your soul.
