I very quietly locked a coworker in the stall so he could not get out through the door, then I threw a lit firecracker under the door. When it went off, he SCREAMED, fought with the door that would not budge, climbed OVER the stall, and ran out of the bathroom with his pants around his ankles.
Those of us who were in on it (and many of those who wanted to be) were outside and we all laughed hysterically when we saw him run out. What was so cool is that NOBODY could stand this guy so everyone thought it was great. Nobody ever admitted anything, either.
This jackass transferred out within a week.

I used the bathroom in a City Hall. My mind was on other things and I just pulled this string that ran down beside the toilet thinking it was an old style toilet chain for flushing but it turned out to be an alarm. This high pitched noise sounded all over the corridor. I pulled again but it would not shut up so I rushed outside past reception where it was hardly heard and kept going, not looking back.

I actually farted once, and loud. But it was an accident! I swear! And the worst thing was the bathroom was fool of people, and they started laughing! It was very embarrassing! LMFAO!!!

I insulted a lady by accident and when she told me she was going to call management I dopped the whole role of toilet paper in the toilet. By accident ;)

Me and my brother were bored so we started talking in Japanese really loud and would laugh whenever someone walked in. its funny how if your talking in another language and laughing people think you are talking about them. HAHAHHHA
