I would recommend Tight or Real VNC. Works pretty good for remote desktop work.

RealVNC will work.

Where do you want to use it for? In Windows, it already comes with Remote Desktop Connection software. You just need to enable the remote connection setting in your computer. RDC works better and faster than VNC in Windows.

Never used that program sorry, but if its basically a remote desktop program I'll recommend my favorite. Crossloop is pretty simple, install it on both ends, then tell the person that wants to connect your access code and then connect, i've used it several times and its nice, kind of slow over the internet, but you gotta expect that for being secure...
